Welcome to Mindful Acupuncture Health Clinic.

Our mission is to help people heal, physically and mentally, by revitalizing the self-healing ability, that is supported by over 20 energy pathways that exist within our body. We all born with this natural ability to use these energy pathways to heal ourselves, but we never been taught how to do so.

To help you open up your energy pathways, we provide the following treatments,

1). Acupuncture: to open up all the energy pathways.

2). Cupping: to stimulate the energy along the surface of the body.

3). Moxibustion:  to strengthen the flow of the energy in the targeted area.

4). Tuina massage: to animate the energy within the pathway.

Each treatment usually incorporates more than one modality.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, our assessment will focus on the whole body to identify the root cause of the problem.  Our treatment will address the root imbalance and is tailored to your individual’s condition.

If you have any health concerns or questions, please schedule an appointment. Let’s discuss.
